Dr. Kevin Atchley
Dr. Atchley, the 11th of 14 Drs in his family, has been under chiropractic care his entire life. Coupled with his ability to share and receive education from other doctors throughout his life, he is constantly working to provide his patients with the best care available, making their lives better one adjustment at a time.
“I love watching people get their life back,” said Dr. Atchley. “So many people forget what it is like to feel good. They forget how much they enjoy all the things they used to do and they forget how happy they were before when they were not living in some kind of constant pain.”
As a member of Integrity Doctors and the International Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table. Dr. Atchley stays on the forefront of advances in chiropractic care and utilizes that in his daily practice. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004, and also earned his degree in finance from New Mexico State University in 1991. He began his career in New Mexico, opening New Mexico Chiropractic Center in Albuquerque, NM, which he operated for seven years before opening Castle Hills Chiropractic.
As the official chiropractors for the Texas Legends (NBA G League affiliate of Dallas Mavericks), Dr. Atchley has treated athletes of all ages and levels, including the NMSU Aggie Basketball and Softball teams. As an avid runner and scuba diver himself, he is particularly aware of the aches and pains that come from athletic activity, and enables him to focus on the needs of each patient.
Outside of the clinic, you may find Dr. Atchley spending time with his wife and is an active member of the Lewisville community. A supporter of the March of Dimes and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Dr. Atchley and the staff of Castle Hills Chiropractic also donate regularly to local food banks and other charities.
Dr. Bobbie Wallin
Dr. Wallin, a former college athlete, developed a love of chiropractic care by seeing the benefits first-hand. After being told her collegiate career was going to be cut short due to an injury, a friend suggested she visit a chiropractor and her life was changed! Within just a few visits, she could feel a dramatic change, and remains pain-free and active today, with no limits on her physical ability.
Inspired by her experience, Dr. Wallin earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in 2004, and has dedicated her practice to focus on natural healing through spinal adjustment. Her patients include a wide range of ages, abilities, and ailments. Some of her favorite patients are babies, who come in screaming, colicky, and sleepless, then leaving calm, content and peacefully sleeping after an adjustment.
“We choose to be the best at what we can do which is the spinal adjustment. No one else other than chiropractors are able to this,” said Dr. Wallin. “ We implement the use of the latest technologies to help in our analysis of the health of one’s spine.”
This includes the use of the Insight Subluxation Station, a patented device designed by engineers at NASA which can analyze muscle tension. The Insight Subluxation Station provides a precise way of measuring initial findings and monitoring the progress of their patient’s spinal health.
As a native of New Mexico, Dr. Wallin studied biology at Eastern New Mexico University where she played college basketball and received All Conference Honors. She was also recognized as an Academic All American. In 2015, she was crowned Ms. New Mexico, allowing her to share the benefits of chiropractic care and its role in our overall health on a national stage.
As a Lewisville, Texas, resident, Dr. Wallin can be found spending time with her husband, Dr. Atchley, at local Texas Legends sporting events, watching college sports and honing her skills on the tennis court, when she isn’t spending time with her family at the ranch in New Mexico. She also enjoys speaking on the benefits of chiropractic care to corporations and organizations, sharing her experiences and educating on how chiropractic adjustments can make each life better and more fulfilled.
